Dark Age of Sigmar (AoS28) on Ex Profundis

Some of the models i made for Warhammer Quest: Silver Tower were featured on Ex Profundis last week together with some models made by John Blanche, Bigbossredskullz and Nordic! Head over to Ex Profundis to read the article.

Here are the pictures of my Silver Tower miniatures featured on Ex Profundis:

Desktop of the Week III

I've been on winter holiday for just over a week. So I haven't been able to do much blogging or hobbying. But I have some exiting news to share! My latest eBay purchase arrived last week; three of the Tech-Priest Dominus' bodies. This model is great to convert, and I've already done three. Now it's time to do three more. I'm thinking a Genestealer Cult magus, a Gaunt Summoner and a new project for AoS28.

Desktop of the Week II

This week I've been working more on completing the models for Silver tower. At the moment I'm painting the Kairic Acolytes. I've done some small conversions to make them look different from each other. In the Silver Tower box you get two and two identical models.

Black Pox part VII: The first games of Vortapt IV

Vortapt IV

My Nurgle warband is a part of a larger Chaos campaign with three friends, Vortapt IV. Last weekend we played the first games in the campaign.

Tommy, the writer of the blog Bigbossredskullz, has written six great battle reports, one for each game. Head over to his blog to read them!

I'm too lazy to write a battle report. Instead I'll leave you with a lot of pictures from the event. As you may notice there are a lot of new models in his game. These models will get lightbox pictures and their own post sometime next week.

The games was fantastic! It was a great experience to play using Tommy's homemade rules, great models, awesome terrain and dice made from bone!

The Gameboard

In the different games we used a mix of tiles from Rebecca, Mikkel and my gameboard tiles. These first pictures feature my nine tiles and some new terrain (the houses on poles) I made for the game.

In several games we used a bigger board, made from putting Rebecca and Mikkels Armies on Parade boards together with my tiles.

Desktop of the week I

So far in the new year I haven't been able to post at least a post on this blog every week. I do however post a lot of random WIPs on my Instagram. To keep the blog up to date I've decided to start posting some of these WIP pictures here on the blog as well. Once a week I'll try to post a small update of whatever I'm working on. I'm still going to post large posts of finished projects and tutorials, but these small posts will help me to keep this blog up to date.

Here's the first one! I've recently started painting some of the models I never got around to finish during 2016. This week I've been painting a bit on a new Character for Silver Tower, a Necromancer and his Skeletons, and one of my Bloodthirster Fairies.

I have a lot of unfinished models from last year. If you have suggestions on which ones you want me to finish, please leave a comment.

If you've followed this blog for a while you probably know that I played the first part of the Vortapt IV campagn I'm playing with a couple of friends last weekend. We got a lot of good pictures from the games. I'll post the best ones here when I've looked through them.
