Desktop of the week V: Pestigors and AoS28

This week I've been mostly been working on my Pestigor warband. I finished my Plague Priest, who was actually the first Pestigor I converted. I've also finished converting another three members of the warband.

I've also started to make a few more Human Scuttlings for Warhammer Quest: Silver Tower and AoS28.

  2. Nice stuff, the thing with the chainsaw in its mouth is particularly unnerving!

    1. I'm painting it at the moment! Can't decide if I should add blood on the blade or not.

    2. Definitely add blood! Use the uhu method and get some stringy gore spit on there!

  3. I really like your Pestigor warband. And your scuttlings are so much better than those spider goblins you get in the box.

    1. Cheers! The Goblins are the worst models in the kit. I still haven't found a way to use any of them. Have you converted any of them?

    2. Nah. I actually painted two sets of them out of the box for commissions but I never bought the game for myself. If I had the game I would probably go the same way you did and replace them with completely different miniatures. I'm sure they can be converted into something useful, but I've never really given it much thought.

The head is from the Nurgle Blightking set. One of the severed heads they have hanging from their belts.

Glad you enjoy reading my blog.
